Lucy Kissack

Lucy graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2017 and has since worked in MSK and Neuro-rehab. Lucy has specialised Neuro-physiotherapy, working in community rehab the last 4 years.

 

Since doing the APPI Pilates course, Lucy enjoys bringing elements of Pilates into the recovery of her Neuro clients to help alongside encouraging normal movement patterns. Lucy has also set up a Stroke rehab class, which provides long-term community support to stroke survivors, she also leads a class for people with mixed neurological conditions.

Lucy enjoys the mix of clientele that she sees during Pilates classes, and enjoys seeing people achieve their goals and trying new exercises they didn’t think they could manage.

 

Lucy has recently done the ante/post natal Pilates course and is keen to develop some more skills in this area, she also has a Barre qualification too, so brings elements of this into her Pilates classes.

​

Outside of work Lucy enjoys cooking and eating out with her boyfriend, friends and family. Lucy enjoys keeping active by swimming, boxing, yoga and walking in the countryside.
